Golden Skörn
Our Story
Golden Skörn — Serving as champions of Azeroth since October 2025.
Golden Skörn was founded on October 19, 2025, when a group of friends set out to create the kind of guild they had always hoped to find: one where challenge, camaraderie, and fun could coexist.
Our guild focuses its progression efforts on Mythic+ dungeons and Ahead of the Curve raiding, giving members the opportunity to tackle meaningful challenges together while steadily improving as a team. At the same time, we believe Azeroth has far more to offer than just progression.
Outside of raid nights and dungeon runs, our members enjoy everything from delves, achievement hunting, and farming materials to transmog runs, social events, and the upcoming world of player housing. Golden Skörn is built around the idea that players should have space to push their limits while still enjoying the lighter side of the game.
More than anything, Golden Skörn exists for the people behind the characters. We strive to create a welcoming community where patience, respect, and collaboration define the experience.

Raiding
Golden Skörn organizes structured activities that allow members to experience both progression content and relaxed guild play throughout the week.
Normal Raid Night - Schedule Still Pending
Our Normal raid night is designed to bring the guild together, introduce members to encounters, and enjoy the raid environment in a more relaxed setting.
This raid is a great opportunity for members to learn encounters, gear up, and experience raid content alongside fellow guildmates.
Progression Raiding (AoTC Focus)
Our progression raid is where the guild focuses its coordinated effort toward achieving Ahead of the Curve each season.
Day: Sunday
Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
Raid Leader: Doomerkin
During progression nights we concentrate on refining strategy, improving coordination, and steadily pushing deeper into raid content together.
Golden Skörn
Mythic+ Dungeons
Golden Skörn places strong emphasis on Mythic+ dungeon content, and we want to ensure members feel confident and prepared when stepping into higher keys.
To support this goal, the guild hosts a Dungeon Training Program designed to help players learn mechanics, routes, and group coordination.
Each month follows a simple structure:
Week 1 — Introduction
A guided overview of dungeon fundamentals, roles, routes, and strategies.
Weeks 2–4 — Practice & Coaching
Hands-on dungeon runs where players can ask questions, practice mechanics, and become more comfortable in Mythic+ environments.
This program is especially helpful for players who are newer to Mythic+ or those looking to improve their performance in higher keys.
Dungeon Teams & Future Competition
Golden Skörn is currently building its Mythic+ team structure as the guild grows.
During the first season of Midnight, the focus will be on training, teamwork, and getting to know each other within dungeon content. This approach allows members to develop chemistry and discover who they enjoy running with.
As the guild expands, we plan to organize additional dungeon teams and introduce friendly internal competitions to encourage improvement and teamwork.
The goal is to build a strong dungeon community where players can challenge themselves while supporting one another along the way.
